Naturally frozen Vidal grapes are hand harvested at the temperature of – 12 °C. Bright gold in colour with an aromatic bouquet of tropical fruits, this easy drinking Vidal Icewine displays lychee, juicy peach, apricot and wildflower honey flavours with a vibrant, fresh acidity and an elegantly smooth lingering finish. Best served well chilled 6-8 °C (43-45 °F) and it is best suited to strong, rich cheeses such as Gorgonzola or Roquefort.

Healthy grapes of Riesling are left hanging on the vine into the winter months. When freezing temperatures arrive, the water in the grape pulp turns to ice. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed, this ice remains in the press and the sugar, acid and flavour compound of the resulting juice is increased. This Icewine achieves a very fine balance between acidity structure and flavour complexity and displays pure varietal flavours of juicy peach, apricot, elderflower and refreshing minerality aromas.

The grapes for our 2019 Cabernet Franc Icewine were hand harvested at a frigid cold -10 °C and were pressed immediately after picking. Bright ruby in colour with an abundance of red berry fruit aromas on the nose, this Cabernet Franc Icewine shows off strawberry, raspberry and red cherry flavours with a kiss of wildflower honey on the finish. Best served between 6-8°C with any berry-based desserts or dark chocolate.
