TASTING NOTES
Healthy grapes of Vidal Blanc are left hanging on the vine into the winter months. When freezing temperatures arrive, the water in the grape pulp turns to ice. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed, this ice remains in the press and the sugar content of the resulting juice is increased. This Icewine achieve a very fine balance between acidity and sweetness and pure varietal flavours of lychee, elderflower, rose, apricot and grape. Best served well chilled 6-8 °C (43-45 °F).

This Icewine achieves a very fine balance between acidity structure and flavour complexity and displays pure varietal flavours of juicy peach, apricot, elderflower and floral aromas.
