Volume: 750 ml Variety: 100% Cabernet Franc Alcohol by Volume: 13.7 % Residual Sugar: 3.2 g/L Cabernet Franc is well suits to Ontario’s cool climate as it flowers and ripens early and it can produce elegant red wines with naturally high acidity and red fruits aromas. Gentle cap management punching down was used to produce this Cabernet Franc with more fineness and it was matured in 225-litre barrique and older oak for 12 months to add structure and develop tertiary aromas of baked red fruit flavors. This 2017 vintage is medium ruby in colour, medium-bodied with medium + acidity, medium tannins and spiced, dried cranberry, prune and cooked red plum. Best served room temperature 15-18 °C (59-64 °F).
