Deep ruby in colour with expressive aromas of rich cherry, raspberry and baking spices. On the palate, you experience luscious flavours of dark chocolate and black cherry with a satisfyingly long finish. Well balanced tannins and medium acidity makes this a versatile wine to pair with your favourite meal or enjoy as a casual sipping wine.
WINEMAKER’S NOTES
This blend has 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Cabernet Sauvignon gives the blend body and tannin structure, whereas Merlot makes it smooth and easy-drinking. Try pairing this with a juicy steak or rich hamburger.
