Naturally frozen Vidal grapes are hand harvested at the temperature of – 12 °C and were pressed immediately after picking. Deep gold in colour with luscious aromas of sweet stone fruits, this classic Vidal Icewine displays ripe peach, mango, apricot jam, and a kiss of citrus on the finish. A rich, full-bodied Icewine with a cleansing, balanced acidity and elegant lingering finish.
Nectar-like in both flavor and texture, this Icewine boasts luscious notes of ripe peach and honey, which are perfectly complemented by bright and refreshing acidity. Serving Temperature: 6-8°C. Food Pairings: tropical fruits, crème brulée, fresh fruit flan, rich cheeses such as gorgonzola, aged cheddar or salty Parmesan.
