2010 PINOT NOIR 750ml
TASTING NOTES The grapes were hand-picked and carefully selected and gently pressed and given a pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by the alcoholic fermentation. The wine then went into French oak barrels for an 18-month period. 2014 Pinot Noir shows a great aromatic complexity with noses of ripe red berry fruit with sensations of spices and toasted coffee, mushroom and floral aromas. Silky and expansive on the palate, offering juicy raspberry, cherry and rose flavours, along with hints of mocha and cinnamon. Drinking window: 2020-2028.
