Your Ceremony
Just picture your wedding ceremony taking place outdoors with the spectacular setting of our vineyard and landscaped grounds. How romantic! Ceremonies can take place in the vineyard with or without a marquee tent, at an additional price.
Your Reception
Your wedding reception prior to dinner takes place indoors in the winery itself. All receptions feature a selection of hot and cold Hors d’Oevres prepared by our Chef, accompanied by Willow Springs’ premium VQA wines and host bar as selected, all served by our attentive serving staff. You will be able to select the wines to be served at your wedding in advance at a private wine tasting at the winery.
Your Wedding Pavilion
The Willow Springs Wedding Pavilion Menu is designed to create a most memorable gourmet experience for your guests. Only the finest local and imported ingredients are brought in to the Winery not a day too soon, to ensure freshness at their peak. Delicately prepared by our House Chef with utmost pride and passion. Then lovingly plated to ensure an aesthetic presentation befitting the beauty of your special day. Menus and service may include plated, served multi-course dinners and/or themed food stations manned by demonstration chefs. Your Wedding Photographs
Imagine the convenience for you and your guests of not having to leave the wedding to have your pictures taken elsewhere. Willow Springs Winery and Vineyard offers a variety of settings for spectacular wedding photographs of the bride and groom, the wedding party and family. From the vineyard to our willow tree rimmed pond or our grounds in front of the winery complex, we have the perfect locations for your photographs.
Willow Springs' Wedding Professionals
At Willow Springs we look after all the details and coordinate all the arrangements with only the very best professionals to perform services for your wedding – from an Officiant, Disc Jockey, Wedding Photographer, Florists and Live Musicians.
Your Wedding Package Price
As each and every wedding has a unique plan and set of requirements, Willow Springs will prepare a detailed customized quotation based upon those requirements. We will recreate how you envision your wedding ceremony, reception and dinner and after dinner dance.
For planning and budget purposes, pricing for all food, coffee and tea during the reception, dinner and after dinner and the cost of rentals and staffing ranges approximately from $115 to $200 per guest plus applicable taxes and a 15% gratuity charge.
Comfortably with a dance floor and head table the Testa Pavilion can accommodate 80 to 120 guests. For a cocktail party, over 150 guests can be accommodated.
