This Riesling was fermented in stainless steel at a low temperature to retain fresh fruit flavours. Pale lemon in colour, this off-dry, refreshing wine has a medium body, high acidity with perfumed aromas of nectarine, pear, grapefruit and honeysuckle and remarkable purity and freshness and a mouthwatering mineral finish.
